Petitioner means a person who seeks enforcement of an order for return of a child under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction or enforcement of a child custody determination.
Post-Petition means the time period beginning immediately upon the filing of the Chapter 11 Cases.
Dietitian or “licensed dietitian” means a person who maintains a license granted by the Iowa board of dietetic examiners.
CCAA means the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada).
Attorney General means the Attorney General of the State.
BIA means the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada).
General Administrative Claim means any Administrative Claim, including Cure Claims, other than a Professional Fee Claim.
Post-Petition Interest means any interest or entitlement to fees or expenses or other charges that accrues after the commencement of any Insolvency Proceeding, whether or not allowed or allowable in any such Insolvency Proceeding.
DIP Motion means the motion and proposed form of Interim DIP Order filed by the Loan Parties with the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter seeking approval, on an interim and final basis, of (among other things) the DIP Facility, and authorization for the use of cash collateral (including such terms and conditions relating to adequate protection in connection therewith), in each case, in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Required Lenders.
Plaintiffs means the Class Representatives and the Class Members.
Petition means a written request to the court for an order after notice.
Competition Laws means any federal, state, foreign, multinational or supranational antitrust, competition or trade regulation statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decrees, administrative and judicial doctrines and other laws that are designed or intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions or transactions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition or effectuating foreign investment.
High Court means the High Court of Ireland.
United States Trustee means the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Delaware.
The Attorney General has counseled that a contractually imposed obligation of indemnity creates a "debt" in the constitutional sense. Tex. Att'y Gen. Op. No. MW-475 (1982). Contract clauses which require the System or institutions to
insolvency practitioner means any receiver, administrator or liquidator appointed in respect of the Tenant;
Competition Law means any Law that prohibits, restricts or regulates actions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition.
County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.
Debtor means a person who is liable on a claim.
RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Practitioner of the healing arts or "practitioner" means a

Youth court means the court established pursuant to this chapter to hear all proceedings in
