Named Plaintiffs further agree that until this Agreement is filed with the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, they will not disclose the existence of this Agreement or any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement to anyone other than their attorneys and tax or financial advisor and immediate family (all of whom shall agree to maintain this information in confidence), or as may be required pursuant to legal process.
