Quepasa Common Stock definition

Quepasa Common Stock means the common stock, $.001 par value, of quepxxx.xxx, xxc., a Nevada corporation;
Quepasa Common Stock means the common stock, $.001 par value, of quepasa.
Quepasa Common Stock means the common stock of Quepasa. “Quepasa Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2 below.

  • Immediately upon execution of this contract, Xxxxxxxx shall become eligible for the issuance of 500,000 additional options to purchase shares of Quepasa Common Stock, at a time and price to be set by, and at the sole option of the Company’s board of directors.
