Quota Area definition

Quota Area means those areas enumerated and described in the current Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Green Sea Urchin.
Quota Area means those areas enumerated and described in Appendix 5 of the current Red Sea Urchin – Integrated Fisheries Management Plan.

Examples of Quota Area in a sentence

  • The Department requires a minimum of 48 hours notice from the PUHA (exclusive of weekends and holidays) to open a new Quota Area.
