Quota Capital Account definition

Quota Capital Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with the Account Bank, IBAN IT55K0503501600225570545225, or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Quota Capital Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with the Expenses Account Bank, IBAN IT 16 T 01030 61621 000001317709 for the deposit of the Quota Capital.
Quota Capital Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A., IT 44 D 03266 61620 000014006035 for the deposit of the Quota Capital.

  • Account means each of the Collection Accounts, the Transaction Account, the Investment Account, the Securities Account, the Reserve Account, the Expenses Account and the Quota Capital Account and any other account which may be opened in the name of the Guarantor pursuant to the terms of the Transaction Documents.
