Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement definition

Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement means that quota share reinsurance agreement(s), as may be amended from time to time, by and between Republic Underwriters Insurance Company and Quota Share Reinsurer reinsuring the Authorized Business.

Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement means the 100% Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement, to be entered into pursuant to Section 5.12 and which shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B-3.

Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement as used herein shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Quota Share Treaty Reinsurance Contract issued to Reinsured by Reinsurer originally effective as of December 1, 2007 and amended and restated on May 28, 2010 and as amended by Amendment Number 1, dated as of [·] [·], [·] (the “Amendment”).
