Quoted Investment definition

Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange.

Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange or OTC Market (see footnotes below for the definitions of “Recognised Stock Exchange” and “OTC Market” respectively).

Quoted Investment means a Portfolio Investment for which market quotations are readily available from an Approved Pricing Service, or, in the case of Eligible Quoted Senior Bank Loan Investments, from an Approved Pricing Service or an Approved Dealer. All Eligible Quoted Senior Bank Loan Investments and Eligible Debt Securities must be Quoted Investments.

Examples of Quoted Investment in a sentence

• Subject to clauses (G) and (H) of this Section 5.12(b)(ii), the “Value” of each Quoted Investment for all purposes of this Agreement shall be the lower of the Internal Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(C) and the External Quoted Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A).

• Subject to Section 5.12(b)(iii), the “Value” of each Quoted Investment for all purposes of this Agreement shall be the lowest of (1) the Internal Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(C), (2) the External Quoted Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A) and (3) if such Quoted Investment is a debt investment, the par or face value of such Quoted Investment.

• Subject to clause (G) of this Section 5.12(b)(ii), the “Value” of each Quoted Investment for all purposes of this Agreement shall be the lowest of (1) the Internal Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(C), (2) the External Quoted Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A) and (3) the par or face value of such Quoted Investment.

• With respect to each Portfolio Investment that is a Quoted Investment, the Borrower shall, not less frequently than once each calendar month, determine the market value of such Portfolio Investments in accordance with its Investment Policies; provided that such determinations shall be required not less frequently than once each calendar week at any time that, and for so long as, Quoted Investments compose at least 10% of the Borrowing Base.

• Subject to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(G), the “Value” of each Quoted Investment for all purposes of this Agreement shall be the lowest of (1) the Internal Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(C), (2) the External Quoted Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A) and (3) if such Quoted Investment is a debt investment, the par or face value of such Quoted Investment.

More Definitions of Quoted Investment

Quoted Investment means any Investment (as defined in footnote 5) which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange (as defined in footnote 10) or OTC Market (as defined in footnote 11).

Quoted Investment means a Portfolio Investment with a value that may be assigned by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A).
