Unquoted Investment definition

Unquoted Investment means any Investment which is not quoted, listed or dealt in on any Recognised Stock Exchange.

Unquoted Investment means a Portfolio Investment for which market quotations from an Approved Pricing Service, or, in the case of Eligible Senior Bank Loan Investments, an Approved Pricing Service or Approved Dealer, are not readily available. Only Cash, Cash Equivalents, Eligible Core Portfolio Investments and Eligible Unquoted Senior Bank Loan Investments may be Unquoted Investments.

Unquoted Investment means any Investment (as defined in footnote 5) which is not quoted, listed or dealt in on any Recognised Stock Exchange (as defined in footnote 10) or OTC Market (as defined in footnote 11).

• If there is a difference between the Borrower’s valuation and the Approved Third-Party Appraiser’s valuation of any Unquoted Investment, the Value of such Unquoted Investment for Borrowing Base purposes shall be established as set forth in sub-clause (F) below.
