Examples of Quoted Prices in a sentence
Subject to the last two sentences of this subsection (f), in subsections (b), (c), (d) and (e) of this Section 7, the current market price per share of Common Stock on any date is the average of the Quoted Prices of the Common Stock for 30 consecutive trading days commencing 45 trading days before the date in question.
In subsections (a) and (b) of this Section 4, the current market price per share of Common Stock on any date is the average of the Quoted Prices of the Common Stock for 30 consecutive trading days commencing 45 trading days before the date in question.
For purposes of the foregoing, "FAIR MARKET VALUE" of the Warrant Stock on any date shall be the average of the Quoted Prices of the Common Stock of the Company for 20 consecutive trading days ending the trading day prior to such date (if, during such 30-day period, there is a day in which no trades are reported, such date shall be discarded and the 20-day period extended).
