Québec Resident definition

Québec Resident means an individual that is resident in Québec for the purposes of the QTA on December 31, 2023 or otherwise liable to pay income tax in the Province of Québec for the taxation year ending on December 31, 2023, or to a partnership of which such individual is a member; and
Québec Resident means an individual that is resident in Québec for the purposes of the QTA on December 31, 2023 or otherwise liable to pay income tax in the Province of Québec for the taxation year ending on December 31, 2023;
Québec Resident means an individual that is resident or subject to tax in the Province of Québec pursuant to the Taxation Act (Québec);

  • Canadian Resident means, at any time, a Person who at that time is (a) not a non-resident of Canada for purposes of the Tax Act or (b) an authorized foreign bank deemed to be resident in Canada for purposes of the Tax Act in respect of all amounts paid or credited to such Person under the Canadian Revolving Credit Commitment or Canadian Letter of Credit Commitment pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Foreign nonprofit corporation means an entity:
