R3 Regulation means the Roles, Relationships and Responsibilities Regulation, A.R. 186/2003, as amended from time to time;

  • In accordance with the R3 Regulation, the Retailer will have the right to request AUI disconnect Gas Distribution Service to a Site where the Retailer is the Retailer of Record.
