In order to ensure that the application fully complies with the legal requirements of Regulation 16 of the 2007 Regulations, all applicants should complete the following.
Action decision An action decision is an outcome where IAASA concludes that the information drawn up pursuant to Regulations 4 to 8 of the 2007 Regulations by an issuer is, in a material respect, not in accordance with the relevant reporting framework.
Non-action decision A non-action decision is an outcome where IAASA concludes that the information drawn up pursuant to Regulations 4 to 8 of the 2007 Regulations by an issuer is: a) in all material respects in accordance with the relevant reporting framework, or b) while not apparently fully in accordance with the relevant reporting framework, is of such a nature that IAASA concludes that no further steps are required to be taken.
There are exemptions for emergency works and a local authority can also give access for certain works if it agrees they are necessary.The current timeframes are set out in Paragraph 11(2) of the 2007 Regulations.
