Consistent with past practice, Licensor will jointly coordinate with the League and the National Hockey League in scheduling Home Games and Rangers Games.
MSL means an altitude expressed in feet measured from Mean Sea Level.
Games means games of chance.
Copper Loop A stand-alone Local Loop comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade Copper Loops, digital Copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and Integrated Services Digital Network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire Copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the Copper Loops are in service or held as spares. A Copper Loop includes attached electronics using Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) technology, but does not include packet, cell or frame switching capabilities.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.
Stratum means any part of land consisting of a space of any shape below, on or above the surface of the land, or partly below and partly above the surface of the land, the dimensions of which are delineated;
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.
CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Gold means (i) Physical Gold held by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian under this Agreement and/or (ii) any credit to an account, including a Fund Unallocated Account, on an Unallocated Basis, as the context requires.
