Rate Adjustment Event definition

Rate Adjustment Event has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(f) hereof.

Rate Adjustment Event means any action by the Internal Revenue Service (including the delivery of a deficiency notice) or any other federal court or administrative body determining, as a result of any misrepresentation by the City or as a result of any action the City takes or fails to take, that interest, or any portion thereof, is includable in the Registered Holder’s gross income for federal income tax purposes.
