Unless the Native Title Party nominates an alternative body and the State agrees to that nomination, the Precinct Land and Port Land must be registered in the name of the Administrative Body who will hold the land on trust for the benefit of the Native Title Party.
There are no actions, suits or proceedings at Law or before or by any Administrative Body existing or pending, or to the Borrower's knowledge threatened, to which any of the Harvest Parties is, or to the Borrower's knowledge is threatened to be made, a party, the result of which would reasonably be expected, if successful against such party, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

The amount of compensation to which an Employee may be entitled under this Article shall be the actual time required in the Court or Administrative Body, together with any applicable travel time to and from the Borough of Waldwick provided, however, that the Employee’s entitlement to compensation under this Article shall not be less than one hours pay.
