Rate and Damage Schedule definition

Rate and Damage Schedule means the University Lands Rate and Damage Schedule, published by University Lands, as amended from time to time, a copy of which may be found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/Content/Documents/Operations/Rate_Damage_Schedule.pdf.
Rate and Damage Schedule means and refer to the rate and damage schedule published by the University of Texas System in effect at the time of the particular action, payment, or notice.
Rate and Damage Schedule means the University Lands Rate and Damage Schedule, published by University Lands, as amended from time to time, a copy of which may be found at https://universitylands.utsystem.edu/Content/Documents/Operations/Rate_Damage_Schedule.pdf.

  • All operations conducted on the surface of the Subject Lands shall be subject to payments and rates as listed in the Rate and Damage Schedule in effect at the time such operations are conducted.
