Rate Multiplier definition

Rate Multiplier means the number specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Rate Multiplier means the rate multiplier (if any) specified in the Issue Memorandum.
Rate Multiplier means the number specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, as the case may be.

Examples of Rate Multiplier in a sentence

  • If any rate multiplier (a " Rate Multiplier") is specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement (either (A) generally, or (B) in relation to one or more Interest Periods), an adjustment shall be made to all Rates of Interest, in the case of (A), or the Rates of Interest for the specified Interest Periods, in the case of (B), calculated in accordance with (c) above by multiplying by such Rate Multiplier, subject always to the next paragraph.

  • If any Margin or Rate Multiplier is specified in the Terms (either (x) generally, or (y) in relation to one or more Interest Periods), an adjustment shall be made to all Interest Rates, in the case of (x), or the Interest Rates for the specified Interest Periods in the case of (y), calculated in accordance with Condition 7.3 by adding (if a positive number) or subtracting the absolute value (if a negative number) of such Margin or multiplying by such Rate Multiplier, subject always to Condition 7.5 (B).

  • If both a Margin and a Rate Multiplier are specified to apply to an Interest Rate, the Rate Multiplier will be applied first.

  • Regional Occupational Programs (ROPs) Developed to address an unmet workforce need, Regional Occupational Programs provide students with training to pursue and succeed in a specified occupation or industry.

  • If both a Floating Rate Spread Rate Margin and a Floating Rate Spread Rate Multiplier are specified to apply to a Floating Rate Spread Rate, the Floating Rate Spread Rate Multiplier will be applied first.
