Rate Multiplier definition

Rate Multiplier means the number specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Rate Multiplier means the number specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, as the case may be.
Rate Multiplier means the rate multiplier (if any) specified in the Issue Memorandum.

  • If any Rate Multiplier is specified in the relevant Final Terms or, in the case of Exempt Notes, the relevant Placing Supplement, then the Reference Rate, average of References Rates, CMS Rate or ISDA Rate (as applicable) shall be multiplied by the Rate Multiplier stated to be applicable.
