Rate Multiplier definition

Rate Multiplier means the number specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Rate Multiplier means the rate multiplier (if any) specified in the Issue Memorandum.
Rate Multiplier means the number specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, as the case may be.

  • If any Margin or Rate Multiplier is specified, an adjustment shall be made to the Interest Rate by adding such Margin or multiplying by such Rate Multiplier.If a maximum or minimum for any amount (such as an Interest Rate, Instalment Amount or Redemption Amount) is specified, then such amount shall, notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions, be subject to such maximum or minimum.
