If any Rate Multiplier is specified in the relevant Final Terms or, in the case of Exempt Notes, the relevant Placing Supplement, then the Reference Rate, average of References Rates, CMS Rate or ISDA Rate (as applicable) shall be multiplied by the Rate Multiplier stated to be applicable.
Members who file timely and valid claims shall be entitled to reimbursement equal to the product of the Reimbursable Reductions (calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.2(a) below) multiplied by the Reimbursement Rate Multiplier (calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.2(b) below).
