Rateable Portion definition

Rateable Portion means, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 2.3, 2.8(b), 6.3, 6.4 or 6.5, the proportion from time to time of the Individual Commitment Amount of a Lender under the Credit Facility relative to the Aggregate Commitment Amount under the Credit Facility.
Rateable Portion means, with reference to any Lender:
Rateable Portion means, at any time and from time to time with respect to each Lender the proportion from time to time of the Individual Commitment Amount of a Lender relative to the Commitment Amount, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 19.18; provided that, the Rateable Portion after an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing shall be the portion of the Aggregate Principal Amount owing to a Lender relative to the Aggregate Principal Amount owing to all Lenders.

  • If such Lender makes the payment to the Agent required herein, the amount so paid shall constitute such Lender’s Rateable Portion of the Loan for purposes of this Agreement.

Rateable Portion means, subject to Section 6.5 in respect of the rounding of allocations of Bankers' Acceptances, in respect of each Lender from time to time:
