Rated Certificates definition

Rated Certificates means each Class of Certificates that has been rated by a Rating Agency at the request of the Seller.
Rated Certificates means any Class of Certificates that has been rated by a Rating Agency at the request of the Seller.
Rated Certificates means the securities of any class or series issued in a Securitized Financing that has been rated by a Rating Agency at the request of the Grantor.

Examples of Rated Certificates in a sentence

  • So long as any Rated Certificates are Outstanding, the Depositor shall maintain legal and beneficial ownership of at least 51% of the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Class D-R Certificates, unless otherwise agreed to by the Controlling Holders.
