Rated Included Investor definition

Rated Included Investor means any Investor that has a Rating meeting the relevant minimum requirement included in the definition ofApplicable Requirement” (or that has a Credit Provider, Sponsor, or Responsible Party that has such a Rating).
Rated Included Investor means any Institutional Investor that satisfies the Applicable Requirement and has been approved by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion (but once approved, such approval may not be withdrawn except, for the avoidance of doubt, if such Investor becomes subject to an Exclusion Event).
Rated Included Investor has the meaning provided in clause (a)(i) of the definition ofIncluded Investor”.

Examples of Rated Included Investor in a sentence

  • A transferee (or any other new Investor) (a “Subsequent Investor”) that meets the Applicable Requirement, as determined by Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion may be designated as a Rated Included Investor with the consent of Administrative Agent.

  • Receipt of Credit Link Documents for each Rated Included Investor in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (in its sole discretion).
