Rated resident definition

Rated resident means a person residing in the same household as you at the time of the loss who is not a relative, but only if that person is both:

Rated resident means a person residing in your household at the time of the accident or loss who is not a family member and who is listed as an “Operator” on the declarations.

  • Non-residential means lands, Buildings or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for other than Residential use, including the non- residential portion of a Live-Work Unit;
