Ratings Period definition

Ratings Period is defined in Section 8.7(f).
Ratings Period means each of a Xxxxx 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0 Ratings Period or Level 3 Ratings Period.
Ratings Period means, each period (if any) (a) beginning on the date (if any) that is forty-five (45) days following the occurrence of a Ratings Event and (b) ending on the date (if any) following the commencement of such Ratings Period that no Ratings Event is continuing.

Examples of Ratings Period in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 8.5, if at any time, Tenneco Automotive’s long-term debt ratings fall within different categories and as a result thereof more than one Ratings Period then applies, the Ratings Period corresponding to the lower long-term debt rating shall control.

  • For purposes of this Section 8.5, if at any time, Tenneco Automotive’s long-term senior unsecured debt ratings fall within different categories and as a result thereof more than one Ratings Period then applies, the Ratings Period corresponding to the lower long-term senior unsecured debt rating shall control.

  • Interest shall accrue on the Outstanding Principal Amount of the Loan during each Interest Accrual Period at a rate per annum equal to the greater of (A) LIBOR for such Interest Accrual Period, and (B) 2.125%, plus five hundred (500) basis points at all times other than during an Insufficient Ratings Period and eight hundred (800) basis points during an Insufficient Ratings Period.


More Definitions of Ratings Period

Ratings Period means each period of twelve months ending on or about the last day of March in each calendar year;
