Twelve months means the period of time between a certain day and the same date of the following twelfth consecutive month of the calendar, inclusive, unless in such twelfth month that date does not exist, in which case it shall end on the last day of that twelfth month.   • Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.
