Re-Entry definition

Re-Entry including" and "Affiliate". The term "Landlord" means only the owner of the Project and the lessor's interest in this Lease from time to time. Re-Entry means, with respect to a well, re-commencing drilling or other downhole operations in a well where such work had been suspended;
