Contractor shall comply with the terms of the Real Property Rights.
The Real Property Rights described in the Title Policy are subject only to (a) Permitted Exceptions, (b) matters disclosed in the Title Policy and (c) matters consented to in writing by Purchaser.
Each Series is hereby granted an unconditional, irrevocable, perpetual royalty free right to use the Shared Real Property Rights to the extent necessary in connection with the construction, operation or maintenance of the assets of such Series.
