Transmission Line. Developer is designing and procuring steel turning structures within the existing WD-1 230 kV ROW. The Connecting Transmission Owner will construct the turning structures in the 230kV ROW bringing the 230 kV line to the turning structures feeding the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Substation. The Developer shall be responsible for designing, procuring, and constructing the steel monopole structures and transmission work required to bring the 230 kV lines from the ROW turning structures into the dead-end structures within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Substation. Connecting Transmission Owner shall update and install the panel labels, equipment labels, drawings and relay settings, if required (plus any additional work required) at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ associated with segmentation of the WD-1 line and conversion of the line to WPN-1 and PND-1.

Transmission Line. (a) Where it is reasonable, practical and economic, the Customer shall construct the Transmission Line. The Customer is encouraged to build to B.C. Hydro standards. (b) A Customer has two options for operation of the Transmission Line it constructs on its own Right- of-Way for the supply of Electricity:

Transmission Line. For the new tranches of line created by the sectioning of the Piura Oeste-Pariñas 220 kV Line (L-2248), the protective relays to be implemented in the ▇▇▇▇▇ del ▇▇▇▇▇ 220 kV Substation shall follow the same protective philosophy currently used in Line L-2248, based on the use of the fiber optic cable in Line L-2248 and the branch subject matter of Point 2.

Transmission Line. All transmission line installed on the premises shall be of the 100% shielded type, i.e., SuperFlex (inside equipment room), Solid Foam LDFtype cable used in exterior applications to connect to antennas on the rooftop. Each transmission line that goes between the equipment room and rooftop shall be permanently identified at each end as such: Equipment Space Designation and Transmission Line Number. Example, 4-1 (Equipment Space No. 4, and cable number 1).

Transmission Line. 4.1 The Developer shall take all necessary steps for the exercise of the Right of Way for the construction of the Transmission Line and shall compensate at its own cost in accordance with the Applicable Laws, damages caused to third parties by the exercise of such Right of Way; 4.2 The Developer shall design and construct the Transmission Line at its own cost in accordance with Applicable Laws, RFP submission and subject to the requirements of the Connection Agreement; 4.3 Upon successful completion and commissioning of the Transmission Line, the Developer shall transfer the ownership of the Transmission Line to the OST, in accordance with the Applicable Laws Connection Agreement; (a) upon transfer of the ownership of the Transmission Line to OST as per this clause the Facility Boundary Metering Point shall be deemed to be the Grid Connection Metering Point; (b) OST shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Transmission Line, in accordance with the Applicable Laws and the Connection Agreement.

Transmission Line. The GOL represents, warrants and covenants that as of the earlier to occur of the Construction Start Date and the date of Financial Closing: (i) the GOL will, itself or through another GOL Entity, be the sole and exclusive owner of the Transmission Line Area free of any Liens (other than Permitted Liens), (ii) other than the Transmission Line Area, no land or other interests in real property of any type are required under the Laws of Liberia for the design, development, construction, supply, start up, commissioning, testing, financing, implementation, operation or maintenance of the Transmission Line, and (iii) each parcel of land, contemplated in clause (i), as well as the acquisition thereof by or on behalf of the GOL after the date of this Agreement (as the case may be), is or will be (as the case may be), in compliance with all Laws of Liberia, all Environmental Laws and the Standards. On or before the earlier to occur of the Construction Start Date and the date of Financial Closing, the GOL shall deliver to the Company documentation evidencing such ownership.
