Realistic Disaster Scenario definition

Realistic Disaster Scenario means any realistic disaster scenario presented in a business plan prepared in relation to a Managed Syndicate under paragraph 14 of the Underwriting Byelaw (No. 2 of 2003) which shows the potential impact upon the Managed Syndicate of a catastrophic event.

  • The Account Party shall ensure that there is no material change to the business plan submitted in accordance with clause 23.6 (Business Plan and Realistic Disaster Scenario for each Managed Syndicate) without the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders.

  • The Account Party shall, as soon as the same becomes available, but in any event within 30 days of the date prescribed by the Council of Lloyd’s with respect to the preparation and despatch thereof, deliver to the Facility Agent the annual business plan then prepared in respect of a Managed Syndicate (including details of the capital stack and reinsurance layers) and (if separate) the Realistic Disaster Scenario relating thereto.

  • muscular dystrophy means a group of hereditary genetic muscle disease that weakens the muscles that move the human body and persons with multiple dystrophy have incorrect and missing information in their genes, which prevents them from making the proteins they need for healthy muscles. It is characterised by progressive skeletal muscle weakness, defects in muscle proteins, and the death of muscle cells and tissue;

  • Major disaster means any flood, drought, fire, hurricane, earthquake, storm or other catastrophe which, in the determination of the governing body, is of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant the use of available resources of the federal, state and local governments to alleviate the damage, hardship or suffering caused thereby.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Communicable disease means an illness caused by an infectious agent or its toxins that occurs through the direct or indirect transmission of the infectious agent or its products from an infected individual or via an animal, vector or the inanimate environment to a susceptible animal or human host.

  • Disruption Cash Settlement Price means in respect of each Security, an amount in the Settlement Currency equal to the fair market value of the Share Amount (taking into account, where the Settlement Disruption Event affected some but not all of the Shares comprising the Share Amount and such non-affected Shares have been duly delivered as provided above, the value of such Shares), less the cost to the Issuer of unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements, all as determined by the Issuer.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).
