Realty Agreement means that certain Realty Agreement to be executed, delivered and performed immediately following consummation of the Merger by each of the New MPT Lenders, IASIS, and each of the New Steward Borrowers, in substantially the form of EXHIBIT K attached hereto.

Realty Agreement means the key agreement in respect of a Realty Development Transaction that is entered into with a third party at the conclusion of a Solicitation Process, such as a master agreement, development agreement, agreement of purchase and sale, lease, or easement agreement.
