Reassignment Price definition

Reassignment Price means, with respect to any Reassigned Loan, an amount equal to the greater of (a) the fair market value of such Reassigned Loan, which shall be determined as of the close of business on the day prior to the related Loan Action Date on which such reassignment is to occur, or (b) the outstanding principal amount of such Reassigned Loan together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the related Loan Action Date on which such reassignment is to occur.
