Rebate Account definition

Rebate Account means the account established and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.02(d) hereof.

Rebate Account means the account created in the Water System Fund pursuant to Section 7.09 of the Original Resolution.

Rebate Account means the account by that name established in accordance with Section 5.04 hereof.

• There is hereby created and established a Rebate Fund, and within the Rebate Fund a Series Rebate Account for each Series of Tax Exempt Bonds.

More Definitions of Rebate Account

Rebate Account means the Series 2022 Rebate Account created and designated as such pursuant to Section 18 hereof.

Rebate Account means the account by that name created and established in the Rebate Fund pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof.
