Rebate Account definition

Rebate Account means the account established and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.02(d) hereof.

Rebate Account means the account created in the Water System Fund pursuant to Section 7.09 of the Original Resolution.

Rebate Account means the account by that name established and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.05.

• Records with respect to the deposits to, payments from and administration of the Rebate Account shall be retained by the Transportation Enterprise and the Trustee until six years after the final retirement of the Bonds.

More Definitions of Rebate Account

Rebate Account means the Series 2022 Rebate Account created and designated as such pursuant to Section 18 hereof.

Rebate Account means the Account of Subfund 1 of the Transportation Enterprise Special Fund created pursuant to and designated as such in Section 3.01 of the Master Indenture.
