Water System Fund definition

Water System Fund means the fund created by Section 7.01 of the Original Resolution. Section 1.2. Other Rules of Construction. For all purposes of this Supplemental
Water System Fund means the fund created by Section 7.01 of the Original Resolution.
Water System Fund means the District’s existing Water System Fund established and held by the District with respect to the Water Enterprise, into which all or any part of the Gross Revenues are deposited.
