REC Quantity definition

REC Quantity means the quantity of RECs purchased by Buyer under this Agreement, as set forth in Appendix A.

Examples of REC Quantity in a sentence

  • If payments have been made to Seller with respect to the Designated System, Seller shall return the amount of payment based on the applicable Contract Price and on the difference between the number of RECs used to calculate payment and the number of RECs Delivered from such Designated System (not to exceed the Designated System Contract Maximum REC Quantity).

  • If the Delivery Term extends beyond a 15-Delivery Year schedule starting with that first Delivery Year, then each subsequent Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity subsequent to the 15th Delivery Year shall reflect a quantity that provides for a degradation factor of half of one percent (0.5%) from the prior Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity (a sample delivery schedule is provided in Exhibit F-1).

  • For avoidance of doubt, if the number of RECs Delivered from such Designated System is greater than the Designated System Paid REC Quantity, then this calculation shall be zero.

  • If the Delivery Term extends beyond a 15-Delivery Year schedule starting with that first Delivery Year, then each subsequent Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity subsequent to the 15th Delivery Year shall reflect a quantity that provides for a degradation factor of half of one percent (0.5%) from the prior Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity (a sample delivery schedule is provided in Exhibit F).

  • For avoidance of doubt, with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the Designated System Contract Maximum REC Quantity and the Delivery Year Expected REC Quantities shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6(b) and Section 2.6(c) and the updated Schedule B and REC Delivery schedule will be issued by the IPA to Buyer and Seller pursuant to Section 2.6(g).

  • For purposes of re-calculating the delivery schedule, the Delivery Year in which the date of Energization occurred shall be the first Delivery Year for which a Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity is calculated and the Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity for such first Delivery Year shall be calculated using the updated Contract Nameplate Capacity based on the updated percent of the Actual Nameplate Capacity that is being Subscribed as established pursuant to Section 2.6(b) and Section 2.6(c).

  • Such request shall include pertinent information related to the payment adjustment as well as requested changes to future Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity and Contract Nameplate Capacity.

  • This Paragraph is only applicable to Systems that are or will be below 25 kW and to a Seller that receives an award for a Forecast REC Quantity, and specifies in the System Identification Form (Exhibit B) a non-zero Remaining Forecast Quantity.

  • If the Delivery Term extends beyond a 20-Delivery Year schedule starting with that first Delivery Year, then each subsequent Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity subsequent to the 20th Delivery Year shall reflect a quantity that provides for a degradation factor of half of one percent (0.5%) from the prior Delivery Year Expected REC Quantity (a sample delivery schedule is provided in Exhibit F-1).

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Buyer shall not be obligated to purchase, or to accept Delivery, of any RECs in excess of the REC Quantity.

Related to REC Quantity

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Indefinite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that:

  • Feedstock means any controlled substance or new substance that undergoes chemical transformation in a process in which it is entirely converted from its original composition and whose emissions are insignificant,

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Schedule of quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.
