Recapture Payment definition

Recapture Payment means the payment due to the Cedant in respect of the recapture of the Reinsured Liabilities pursuant to Article XII or upon the occurrence of a Reinsurer Termination pursuant to Section 11.5, as set forth on the Final Recapture Payment Statement.
Recapture Payment means, for each month, the sum of the following: (i) the product of (A) .040, and (B) the fair market value of the Servicing Rights relating to New Mortgage Loans subject to the first 15% of Recapture Rate for such month, plus (ii) the product of (A) .035, and (B) the fair market value of the Servicing Rights relating to New Mortgage Loans subject to the Recapture Rate in excess of 15% and up to 30% for such month, plus (iii) the product of (A) .030, and (B) the fair market value of the Servicing Rights relating to New Mortgage Loans subject to the Recapture Rate in excess of 30% for such month.
Recapture Payment means for the applicable year, an amount equal to the Per Employee Amount multiplied by the difference between the Employment Obligation and the number of FTEs shown on the AER.

Examples of Recapture Payment in a sentence

  • The Agency shall then vote on a resolution confirming whether a Recapture Payment is due and owing.

  • Any Recapture Payment shall be due and owing within thirty (30) days of the receipt by the Company of an invoice therefore from the Agency.

  • If the Agency preliminarily determines that a Recapture Payment is due and owing, it shall give written notice of such determination to the Company.

  • The failure of the Company to satisfy the Employment Obligation in a particular year shall subject the Company to the obligation to make a Recapture Payment to the Agency, provided that the Company has not satisfied the Employment Obligation during the Cure Period.

More Definitions of Recapture Payment

Recapture Payment means the amount calculated in accordance with Schedule C.

Recapture Payment shall have the meaning set forth at Section 10 herein.
Recapture Payment. Means an amount equal to the Target Reserve Deficiency in Accounting Periods for Which the Ceding Company elects a Quote Share Adjustment and zero otherwise.
