Receivable Seller definition

Receivable Seller means GE Capital, in its capacity as a seller under the Sale Agreement, and its successors and assigns.
Receivable Seller means GE Capital, VFS and GECC of Tennessee, each, in its capacity as a seller under this Sale Agreement, and each of their successors and assigns.

  • Upon the occurrence of a Repurchase Event, Seller shall, unless the breach which is the subject of such Repurchase Event shall have been cured in all material respects, repurchase the Receivable relating thereto from the Issuer and, simultaneously with the repurchase of the Receivable, Seller shall deposit the Purchase Amount in full, without deduction or offset, to the Collection Account, pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Receivable Seller means any provider of medical, hospital, or dental services, or durable medical equipment, and any other for-profit or not-for-profit commercial organization and whose financial condition meets the criteria set forth by the Debtor. The criteria set by the Debtor shall be based on ratings of the Receivable Seller published by Dun & Bradstreet and other rating agencies, as well as the underwriting criteria for such sellers established by the Debtor from time to time.

  • Receivables Seller means the Borrower or those Subsidiaries that are from time to time party to the Permitted Receivables Facility Documents (other than any Receivables Entity).
