Receivables Financier shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Permitted Receivables Financing.
Receivables Financier means (a) any “Lender” (or similar term, in each case, under and as defined in the Securitization Credit Agreement) and (b) any other Person that is not the Borrower or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Borrower (other than a Receivables Financing SPC), in each case, that acts as the investor or lender with respect to the Securitization Facility, the Factoring Facility and/or any other Permitted Receivables Financing.
