Received Material definition

Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;
Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Consultant or a Sub-consultant from the City or any other person;

Examples of Received Material in a sentence

  • The WLCF exclusively owns all intellectual property rights, including copyright in: Received Material the Contractor receives from the WLCF, and Produced Material, other than any Incorporated Material.

More Definitions of Received Material

Received Material means all findings, data, reports, documents, records and other material (both printed and electronic), whether complete or otherwise, that have been received by the Recipient or a Subcontractor from or on behalf of Destination BC;
Received Material shall also not include any analyses, compilations, studies or other documents or records that have been prepared by Ahold or its representatives solely from information of the nature described in any of clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) of this paragraph 3.
Received Material shall not include information (i) which was or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a disclosure by Ahold or by any representative thereof in breach of this Agreement, (ii) which was or becomes available on a non-confidential basis from a source other than 1224 Corp. or Giant or any representative thereof, provided that such source is not and was not known to Ahold to be bound by a confidentiality agreement with 1224 Corp. or Giant or any representative thereof or by any other contractual, legal or fiduciary obligation to 1224 Corp. or Giant which would prohibit the disclosure of such information to Ahold, or (iii) which was within the possession of Ahold or any affiliate thereof prior to such receipt. The term "Received Material" shall also not include any analyses, compilations, studies or other documents or records that have been prepared by Ahold or its representatives solely from information of the nature described in any of clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) of this paragraph 3.
Received Material has the meaning set out in Article 14.2(b)(iii);
Received Material means all findings, data, reports, documents, records and other material (both printed and electronic), whether complete or otherwise, that have been received by the SOS or a sub-contractor from or on behalf of PQBTA;
Received Material means any material received by the CSA Holder or a subcontractor from the Purchaser. “Services” means the Services as described in Part 1 of Appendix A of this CSA; and
Received Material means material and intellectual property including without limitation data, records, reports, photographs, software, and audiovisual material, regardless of medium, whethercomplete or otherwise, that is provided by the University to the Respondent for the purposes of undertaking the services set out in Attachment A;
