Produced Material definition

Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Upon the Purchaser’s request, the Contractor must deliver to the Purchaser documents satisfactory to the Purchaser that irrevocably waive in the Purchaser’s favour any moral rights which the Contractor (or employees of the Contractor) or a Subcontractor (or employees of a Subcontractor) may have in the Produced Material and that confirm the vesting in the Purchaser of the copyright in the Produced Material, other than any Incorporated Material.

Related to Produced Material

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.
