Receiving Facilities definition

Receiving Facilities means those facilities at the Discharge Port necessary for the safe berthing of LNG Carrier(s) and the receipt, unloading, storage, treatment (to the extent available) and regasification of LNG and associated facilities (including the two high pressure pipeline segments linking the tailgate of the regasification terminal to the point of interconnection with the SSGC Pipeline Network) whether or not owned by PLL and whether operated directly by PLL or by any Terminal operator.

  • The title, the risk of loss and damage and any liability resulting from Natural Gas vapour returned to the LNG Ship during unloading of LNG shall pass from Buyer to Seller as it passes the point at which the outlet flange of the vapour return line of the LNG Ship connects with the inlet flange of the vapour return line of the LNG Receiving Facilities.

  • Contract shall provide for the ultimate disposition of wastes at approved facilities through the following methods if appropriate: • Recycled • Reclaimed • Neutralized or treated • Fuel Blended • Incinerated • Landfilled • The contractor shall ensure that Receiving Facilities will recycle or reclaim; neutralize or treat; dispose of remaining waste material and send appropriate copies of all manifests back to the requesting facility within regulatory time limit.

  • This includes the use in any manner of tugs, pilots, escort vessels or other support vessels used in connection with the safe berthing of the LNG Ship, including such assistance or use required by the port authorities or regulations or usual practice in the Discharge Port and the LNG Receiving Facilities (applicable to all users of such facility on a non-discriminatory basis).

  • The LNG Receiving Facilities shall include a line for vaporized gas, so that the unloading can be undertaken in a safe manner.
