Receiving Hospital definition

Receiving Hospital means a hospital that has entered into a separate agreement with 11 COUNTY for the purpose of accepting MSI Patients transferred or diverted from a Referring Hospital in 12 accordance with the MSI Hospital Agreement. Said MSI Patients shall not be considered Transfer 13 Patients.
Receiving Hospital means the hospital receiving an infant from a birthing hospital.
Receiving Hospital means a licensed general acute care hospital with a permit for basic or comprehensive emergency services.

More Definitions of Receiving Hospital

Receiving Hospital. Means an acute care hospital, with a permit for basic or comprehensive emergency service, as determined by SCEMSA. This hospital is being utilized as part of the emergency medical services system.
