Receiving Hospital definition

Receiving Hospital means a hospital that has entered into a separate agreement with 34 ADMINISTRATOR for the purpose of accepting MSI Patients transferred or diverted from Referring 35 Hospital in accordance with the MSI Hospital Agreement. Said MSI Patients shall not be considered 36 37 5 of 21 EXHIBIT B 1 Transfer Patients.
Receiving Hospital means the hospital receiving an infant from a birthing hospital.
Receiving Hospital means a licensed general acute care hospital with a permit for basic or comprehensive emergency services.

  • Receiving Hospital shall be responsible for reporting data for the determination of workers’ compensation rates and other related purposes as necessary.

More Definitions of Receiving Hospital

Receiving Hospital means a licensed acute care hospital, with a comprehensive or basic emergency permit, that is approved by the SJCEMSA to participate in the EMS system.
