Reconciliation Payment definition

Reconciliation Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.5;
Reconciliation Payment means the amount Student must pay if there is a difference between the total Monthly Payments Student makes during the year and Student’s Annual Payment Obligation for that Year.
