Recorded Document definition

Recorded Document means a writing, a paper, a document, a plat, a map, a survey, or anything else received at any time for recording or filing in the public records maintained by the County Recorder or the County Recorder’s designee.
Recorded Document means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, (a) the lease evidencing such Leasehold Property or a memorandum thereof, executed and acknowledged by the owner of the affected real property, as lessor, or (b) if such Leasehold Property was acquired or subleased from the holder of a Recorded Leasehold Interest, the applicable assignment or sublease document, executed and acknowledged by such holder, in each case in form sufficient to give such constructive notice upon recordation and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Recorded Document means, with respect to any Leased Mortgaged Property, (i) the lease evidencing such Leased Mortgaged Property or a memorandum thereof, executed and acknowledged by the owner of the affected real property, as lessor, or (ii) if such Leased Mortgaged Property was acquired or subleased from the holder of a Recorded Leasehold Interest, the applicable assignment or sublease document, executed and acknowledged by such holder, in each case in form and sufficient to give such constructive notice upon recordation and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lead Arrangers.
