Recreational trailer definition

Recreational trailer means a travel trailer, camper trailer, or other special purpose or utility trailer or semitrailer designed or intended to be drawn on the highway by an automobile or light truck that has a gross towing vehicle weight of less than 10,000 pounds.
Recreational trailer means any vehicle constructed to be attached and propelled by a motor vehicle and that is capable of being used by persons living, sleeping or eating, even if the vehicle is jacked-up or its running gear is removed;
