  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Allowed Amount means the total amount of reimbursement allocated to a covered Service and includes both the BCBSAZ payment and the Member Cost-share payment. BCBSAZ calculates deductible and Coinsurance based on the Allowed Amount, less any access fees or Precertification Charges. BCBSAZ uses the Allowed Amount to accumulate toward any Out-of-pocket Coinsurance Maximum or Out-of-pocket Maximum that applies to the member’s Benefit Plan. The Allowed Amount does not include any balance bills from noncontracted Providers.   • Recycled means recovered wood that prior to being supplied to the Authority had an end use as a standalone object or as part of a structure. The term "recycled" is used to cover the following categories: pre- consumer recycled wood and wood fibre or industrial by products but excluding sawmill co-products (sawmill co-products are deemed to fall within the category of virgin timber), post-consumer recycled wood and wood fibre, and drift wood. It also covers reclaimed timber which was abandoned or confiscated at least ten years previously. Documentary evidence and independent verification also apply to recycled materials, but will focus on the use to which the timber was previously put rather than the forest source.

  • Excess Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(h).

  • Excluded Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Asset: (a) any amount that is attributable to the reimbursement of payment by the applicable Borrower of any tax, fee or other charge imposed by any Governmental Authority on such Asset, (b) any interest or fees (including origination, agency, structuring, management or other up-front fees) that are for the account of the applicable Person from whom the applicable Borrower purchased such Asset, (c) any reimbursement of insurance premiums relating to such Asset, (d) any escrows relating to taxes, insurance and other amounts in connection with such Asset which are held in an escrow account for the benefit of the applicable Borrower pursuant to escrow arrangements under the Investment Documents and (e) any amount deposited into the Asset Account in error.

  • Recycled paper means a paper product with not less than:

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Excess Overcollateralized Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Overcollateralized Amount for such Distribution Date (calculated for this purpose only after assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date has been distributed) over (ii) the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Restricted Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b)(iv).

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Declined Amount as defined in Section 2.12(e).
