Recycled Water Irrigation Areas definition

Recycled Water Irrigation Areas means the golf courses and other vegetated areas located within the Del Monte Forest that are currently being irrigated with Recycled Water supplied by the Project or such golf courses and other vegetated areas wherever located that in the future may be irrigated with Recycled Water supplied by the Project.
Recycled Water Irrigation Areas means all of the Golf Courses and the Other Recycled Water Irrigation Areas as set forth on Exhibit ”C” hereto and located within the Del Monte Forest that will, as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, and in the future may be, irrigated with Recycled Water supplied by the Project.

  • Recycled Water Irrigation Areas receiving water from the CAWD/PBCSD Wastewater Reclamation Project shall be subject to Stage 4 for Potable water used during an Interruption or emergency, in accordance with contractual Agreements between the District and the respective Owners of the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas.

  • When Recycled Water (as defined in Rule 23.5) is available in suf- ficient quantities to satisfy the irrigation requirements of the Re- cycled Water Irrigation Areas, such irrigation shall not be subject to Stages 5 Water Rationing and higher, and neither potable water nor any water described in the preceding sentence (whether or not it is potable) shall be used for irrigation of the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas except to the extent allowed in the circumstances described in the next two sentences.

  • Under the agreements operative before the Project Expansion is Completed (as the capitalized termsare defined in Rule 23.5), the Owners of the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas shall have the respective irrigation requirements thereof satisfied to the same degree as any non-Project Golf Course or open space which derive their Source of Supply from the California American Water system.

  • The purpose of the hearing, if held, will be to determine the period of time during which, and what quantities of, potable water shall continue to be supplied for irrigation of the affected Recycled Water Irrigation Areas, other than the tees and greens of the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas.

  • The use of Recycled Water, when available in sufficient quantities to satisfy the irrigation requirements of the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas, shall not be restricted by this requirement.

  • Subject to this express acknowledgement and agreement, MPWMD and Buyer acknowledge that the Project may be capable of producing more Recycled Water during certain time periods than the aggregate amount of Recycled Water required by the Recycled Water Irrigation Areas during such time periods.

  • Recycled water or “reclaimed water” means treated or recycled waste water of a quality suitable for non-potable uses such as landscape irrigation and water features. This water is not intended for human consumption.

  • Drip irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.

  • Bottled water means water that is placed in a safety sealed container or package for human 696 consumption. Bottled water is calorie free and does not contain sweeteners or other additives except 697 that it may contain: (i) antimicrobial agents; (ii) fluoride; (iii) carbonation; (iv) vitamins, minerals, and 698 electrolytes; (v) oxygen; (vi) preservatives; and (vii) only those flavors, extracts, or essences derived 699 from a spice or fruit. "Bottled water" includes water that is delivered to the buyer in a reusable 700 container that is not sold with the water.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Sanitary landfill means a disposal facility for solid waste so located, designed and operated that it

  • Sanitary Sewer Overflow or “SSO” means an overflow, spill, diversion, or release of wastewater from or caused by Akron’s Sanitary Sewer System. This term shall include: 1) discharges to waters of the State or United States from Akron's Sanitary Sewer System; and 2) any release of wastewater from Akron's Sanitary Sewer System to public or private property that does not reach waters of the State or the United States, including Building/Property Backups.

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, includ- ing approved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater. LOSS are only consid- ered sanitary sewer systems if they are designed to serve urban densities. Sanitary sewer system is also commonly known as public sewer system.

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Wastewater System means a system of wastewater collection, treatment,

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Potable water means water which meets the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604 for drinking, culinary, and domestic purposes.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Stormwater system means constructed and natural features which function together as a system to collect, convey, channel, hold, inhibit, retain, detain, infiltrate, divert, treat, or filter stormwater. “Stormwater system” includes both public and privately owned features.

  • Tanks has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).

  • Sanitary Sewage means wastewaters from residential, commercial and industrial sources introduced by direct connection to the sewerage collection system tributary to the treatment works including non-excessive inflow/infiltration sources.

  • Irrigation district means a local district that operates under and is subject to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 2a, Part 5, Irrigation District Act, including an entity that was created and operated as an irrigation district under the law in effect before April 30, 2007.
