Reference Obligation Percentage definition

Reference Obligation Percentage means the reference obligation percentage of each loan as described in Appendix A to the Preliminary PPM and Final PPM.
Reference Obligation Percentage means, for each Reference Obligation, its relative weighting in the Portfolio, expressed as a percentage. The Reference Obligation Percentages for the Initial Portfolio are set forth in Schedule 1. The Reference Obligation Percentage for each Reference Obligation in the Portfolio from time to time will be the aggregate of the USD equivalent of all the Individual Default Swap Agreement Reference Obligation Notional Amounts for such Reference Obligation, expressed as a percentage of the Total Portfolio Notional Amount at such time; “Removal” has the meaning given thereto in Clause 11 (Removals);
