Reference Option definition

Reference Option means an option traded on a Regulated Market or any other market which is identical to (i) the related Listed Option and

Reference Option. An Option, other than an incentive stock option, to which a Right shall relate.

Reference Option means an option traded on a Regulated Market or any other mar- ket which is identical to (i) the related Listed Op- tion and (ii) any contract entered into by Saxo Bank and a Liquidity Provider in relation to the Listed Option;

• For purposes of payment of an SAR, the reference price per Share shall be the Option Price of the Reference Option in the case of a Tandem SAR and shall be the Fair Market Value of a Share on the Grant Date in the case of a Non-Tandem SAR.
