Reference Option definition

Reference Option means an option traded on a Regulated Market or any other market which is identical to (i) the related Listed Option and
Reference Option. An Option, other than an incentive stock option, to which a Right shall relate.
Reference Option means an option traded on a Regulated Market or any other mar- ket which is identical to (i) the related Listed Op- tion and (ii) any contract entered into by Saxo Bank and a Liquidity Provider in relation to the Listed Option;

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
