Examples of Referendum Date in a sentence

  • Within three (3) Business Days of the occurrence of either (i) the Referendum Date, if Referendum Approval is not obtained; or (ii) the later of HBR's payment of the Holdback and the Bonus as set forth in Sections 2.2.1 or 2.2.3, if the Referendum Approval is obtained; IWRA and HBR shall deliver a notice executed by each party which instructs L/C Escrow Agent to cancel the Letter of Credit.
