Refreshment Vehicle definition
Refreshment Vehicle means a Vehicle which is used or is intended to be used for the Sale of Refreshments and includes a Refreshment Vehicle – Type 1, 2, and 3.
Refreshment Vehicle means a Commercial Motor Vehicle from which Refreshments are sold or offered for sale to the public but does not include a Motor Vehicle used for the exclusive sale of ice cream or ice cream cones, but does include a Full Service Food Truck for the duration of the Full Service Food Truck Pilot Project. Refreshment Vehicle means a motorized vehicle which has equipment inside the vehicle for preparing food and requires the operator to be inside the vehicle to prepare the food for consumption by the public.
More Definitions of Refreshment Vehicle
Refreshment Vehicle means a Vehicle from which Refreshments are sold. A Refreshment Vehicle does not include a Vehicle from which meals, groceries and other food products intended to be consumed over a long period of time are sold.
Refreshment Vehicle means, without a qualifier, a Refreshment Vehicle – Type 1, Type 2 and/or Type 3;
Refreshment Vehicle means any vehicle whether motorized or not from which refreshments are offered for sale for consumption to the public and shall include a motor vehicle, motor assisted bicycle, trailer, bicycle, tricycle or any other vehicle drawn, propelled or driven by any kind of power, including muscular power, and includes fixed or mobile barbecues;
