Refunding Act definition

Refunding Act means the Refunding Act (Title 11, Chapter 15, Article 5 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended), as amplified by Title 11, Chapter 21 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, as amended and continued by Section 11-27-40 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended.
Refunding Act means the Public Securities Refunding Act, title 11, article 56, C.R.S. and any successor thereto.
Refunding Act means Chapter 14-A of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended and other constitutional and statutory authority.
