Refurbished Parts definition

Refurbished Parts means used Products that have been repaired and/or reconditioned by Seller for resale.
Refurbished Parts means used Products that have been repaired and/or reconditioned by Seller for resale. "Seller" means the entity providing Products or performing Services under the Contract.
