Refurbished Parts definition

Refurbished Parts means used Products that have been repaired and/or reconditioned by Seller for resale.
Refurbished Parts means used Products that have been repaired and/or reconditioned by Seller for resale. "Seller" means the entity providing Products or performing Services under the Contract.
Refurbished Parts means BD’s use of non-critical, non- visible components that are cleaned, tested, repackaged and made available for use in Equipment all in accordance with BD’s standard procedures.

Examples of Refurbished Parts in a sentence

  • As requested by Toyota, Tesla shall participate in the RAV4 EV Refurbished Parts Program with respect to the Powertrain Battery and certain other Tesla Products, having the elements described in Exhibit H, as the same may be updated and set forth in one or more Contract Documents.

  • Such notice also shall identify any Unusable or Undelivered Refurbished Parts on the Off-Site Inventory List.

Related to Refurbished Parts

  • Spare Parts has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
